Verdict

BOUSATET could only manage a modest third on her handicap debut over 7f at Carlisle. But she drops down a couple of grades for this and Kevin Ryan's filly is worth another chance as she'll handle any further cut in the ground. Birdy Boy looks the biggest threat on his earlier second at Beverley given he finished ahead of Lexington Blue and Loucal may also figure as this is easier than his recent task at Newmarket. Foolbythepool finished well off the pace on his belated seasonal debut and may need more time.
