        Verdict

        Mutheeb was in excellent form here a year ago and has returned in very good shape. It's a long time since he raced on turf but his run behind Dynamic Blitz in a Grade 3 two weeks ago gives him a fair chance here. Inxile had finished in front of Mutheeb here last month but the positions were reversed last time. Dandy Nicholls' charge is another coming to his peak and he can get competitive again. EVERYDAY HEROES was a classy performer on dirt in the USA so it was a surprise when he made his Carnival debut on turf a month ago. However, he ran very well to finish a close third to Happy Dubai and should have come on enough for the run to take this. Barney McGrew found the minimum trip too short when placed behind Prohibit but was staying on well and this is his trip.
