Verdict

A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these types of events the market will prove all important but the principals look to be Golden Odyssey, Golden Law and Illicium and the nomination goes to Golden Law. The selection hails from a yard that has a 15 percent strike rates in these events and was a fair third on his debut behind Condello is sure to have learnt from the experience and will be hard to beat. Golden Odyssey won well on her debut but struggled under her penalty last time, she is sure to run her race but again may be venerable. Illicium looks the stables second string on jockey bookings so is opposed. Of the remainder La Perrotine was a good second on her debut behind Reel Missile and is another sure to improve but for the winner we return to Golden Law.
