Lancastrian Jet, Ababou and Just Strong are three against the field in this open hunter chase with the confident vote going to Lancastrian Jet. The selection won well last time out when defeating The Granby that horse has since ran well in defeat behind MacGeorge and with conditions to suit he will be hard to beat. Ababou rates the main danger he won well last time out when defeating Supreme Science but he is not the most fluent of jumpers and for that reason is opposed. Just Strong is another that could go well but his best form is on good to firm so he looks opposable. Imps Way is one of the improvers in the field as he is only eight and he won well last time. However he lacks experience in big fields and that may just catch him out. Of the remainder Raffles Rooster travels well in his races but finds little off the bridle so for the winner we return to Lancastrian Jet.
