Verdict

Tom George is enjoying a cracking period with his runners and can expand on his recent haul with Tulipa, who has adapted well to racing on these shores and is taken to account for the challenges of ID Technology and Sadler's Rock if she continues in the way she has become accustomed to up to press. Not many of the rest with National Hunt experience make any real appeal, while Mr Fortywinks, who seems to have lost his way on the Flat, is best watched today. Therefore, this does look to be a very good opening for Tulipa to increase her winning run to four on the bounce. George describes the Polish-bred mare as being 'a real tough nut' and it will take a much improved effort from any of her opponents if Tulipa to be beaten today.
