A tough race to call but from a shortlist of CIVIL SERVANT, Intersky Music and Mansonn Leda, the vote is given to Civil Servant. Nigel Twiston-Davies is in decent form right now and Civil Servant does go well for his young rider Sam Twiston-Davies. His last three runs have all been solid enough and another bold bid is expected here. Intersky Music ran well considering he was giving away weight to some of the fancied runners last time out. His young rider Gerald Quinn got a decent tune out of him that day, but although he does handle a bit of cut in the ground, his best form is on a faster surface. Ferdy Murphy believes his horses are just beginning to hit form so Mansonn Leda could be worth considering, but she has been off the track since March and she may be sharper for the run. Shut The Bar is interesting now that he is back in a handicap and he did look in need of the run when last seen out at Fakenham. Cash For Honours has ability but he has yet to get his head in front in 12 attempts so the percentage call would be to take him on. Sea Cove and Laborec are others to consider, but the vote goes to Civil Servant.
