MILLE CHIEF, Dark Oasis and Bocamix are the three to concentrate on here and the vote goes to Mille Chief. The selection looked a useful sort on the level in France and he has to be shortlist material on his British debut. He is sure to have been well-schooled for his bow over hurdles and with the yard in good form he gets the nod. Dark Oasis has won his last two races, most recently at Ludlow when he beat Bedarra Boy. He looks useful at this level but he was far from convincing last time and the juice in the ground is not sure to play to his strengths. Bocamix shaped with plenty of promise on his British debut at Newcastle last month when he chased home Monsieur Jourdain. He has ground conditions to suit and he should go well. The Howard Johnson-trained Warrior One scored on soft ground on the flat and he is one to note in the market on his debut over timber. However, Mille Chief makes most appeal and gets the vote.
