Verdict

The Nicky Henderson yard continues in unstoppable form and HIGGY'S RAGAZZO, twice a winner on the Flat for Richard Hannon, will be strongly fancied to make a winning start over timber. He probably doesn't have a great deal to beat though Lamps produced a much-improved effort when runner-up to Music Of The Moor at Sandown. It's more than likely that the very testing ground and stiff track were responsible for that performance and he won't get either here. Sir Pitt wasn't rated far behind the selection on the level but didn't run so well on his hurdling bow behind Dhaafer at Warwick while Kayaan and Verluga both finished tailed off on their debuts.
