Verdict

Ardkilly Witness is a leading contender after making the frame behind Bally Legend in a Grade 3 chase at Kempton. But softer going would be ideal for him and Uttoxeter winner Milborough would also prefer more cut in the ground. SON OF FLICKA could take advantage given he's perfectly at home on today's surface and returns to chasing after running well over hurdles in the Coral Cup at Cheltenham last month. He gets the vote with the remainder looking up against it in this company.
