Verdict

FINAL NUDGE was pulled-up in the Grade 1 novices hurdle at Aintree back in April but the bumper winner should fare much better back at this level judged on his earlier second at Taunton. McKenzie's Friend has been placed in both starts in bumpers and can figure if taking to hurdles but See The Rock will need to brush up his jumping after a modest start at Plumpton in September. Fair To Middling was still beaten a long way when third over these obstacles last month though should be sharper today.
