Verdict

Mcgroarty has taken well to fences and has been impressive at Huntington and Southwell. However, he’s gone up a further 8lb and that may have opened the door for AMOUR DE NUIT to make a winning reappearance. A Listed winner over hurdles, he took a time to warm to his task at Kempton on his chasing bow in the spring but looks a nice prospect.
