In depth

Verdict

COURT ROYALE may have turned in a shocker last time over fences but he can race off a much lower mark over hurdles and is a previous course and distance winner. Method Madness won the maiden on this card 12 months ago but hasn’t shown much since and Wincanton second John Betjeman looks a bigger danger. Patient Dream finally got his head in front in a lower grade at Market Rasen with the lightly-raced Arctic Lodge also worth a second look.
