In depth

Verdict

Alroyal is taken to come on for his reappearance and can land this at the main expense of Enlightenment and Presenting Copper. The selection was a good second on his reappearance run and evidently goes well fresh. However he has shown plenty of promise in two starts over fences and assuming he acts on this softer ground, he should run well with the race likely to have sharpened him up fitness-wise. Enlightenment and Good Old Days have both been in good form of late and each should make a bold bid under their penalties, whilst Presenting Copper gets weight from the whole field. She was seemingly held when taking a tumble last time out but if she hasn't been put off by that incident then she should go well, as she looks sure to make up into a decent Novice this year. Ellies Horse and Possol are just two more to consider in what looks an open race, however it is Alroyal who is fancied to oblige.
