In depth

Verdict

Red Brook Lad will be seeking his eight win in nine starts in the Hunter Chase and he is our choice to continue his winning streak; Lord Nellerie and Kerstino Two may give him the most to do. Red Brook Lad will be seeking a hat-trick of wins at Ludlow and there is little reason to suppose he will not record the win here today. He beat Lord Nellerie in a hunter chase last month and that runner looks the most likely challenger today. Kerstino Two won a point-to-point last time out but was fourth behind Drombeag at Stratford in February and a repeat of that run could see him go close here but Red Brook Lad is a confident choice.
