In depth

Verdict

Tt's Star has been pulled up in two of his last three starts in bumpers and was beaten ten lengths when runner-up in the other so has some improving to do. Mick Winters does very well with his point-to-pointers and Dromahane winner Churchtown Champ is definitely one to keep an eye on but it's another from the point-to-point field, LOUGHADERRA PRINCE, who gets the nod. He started a short-priced favourite on his debut at Lingstown last November and was well clear when falling at the last. Compensation awaits though Cloghala should improve from a fair opening run at Cork and can get into the frame.
