    Verdict

LONG DOG won a bumper on soft ground at Sligo for Andy Oliver and has looked an outstanding prospect since joining Willie Mullins. He probably hasn't beaten much in his last two starts but the style of those victories suggest this longer trip will bring about more improvement and he's difficult to oppose. Collen Beag will ensure he gets a test as she's in receipt of 7lb and has shown battling qualities to get her home in two Tramore handicaps though both were on good ground. Adimelo had looked quite promising before an error-strewn run behind the selection at Galway and he can do much better, especially with conditions in his favour. Credo Star has some decent form though she'll need to step up a gear.
