CALCULUS AFFAIR could be the answer to this contest although Sparkle Park is an interesting newcomer whilst Kathindi just sets the standard of those with official marks. Jeremy Noseda has an excellent record at the track and his juveniles always command respect in the market. Calculus Affair, like many of his stablemates, was fairly strong in the market on debut but shaped as though he was in need of the experience and he'll be wiser now. Sparkle Park is related to a number of winners and hails from a yard that is more than capable of readying a debutante so market support for this Kyllachy filly would be worth noting. Kathindi is only rated a couple of pounds higher than the likes of Fazza and Avon Castle but there was plenty to like about his run in a nursery last time over a mile. That was his first start since August so he's entitled to improve and he has to be feared as does Lou Bear who shaped with promise at Kempton but Calculus Affair rates the one to beat.
