Verdict

It looks significant that Michael Hills makes the journey after racing at Bath for just one ride her and his teaming up with Dial Square could be the key to the gelding following up his course and distance win from eight days ago. A 6lb penalty does not make life easy for the selection though, and support for Joint Destiny and Stagecoach Ruby should not be ignored. However, neither are really noted for a turn of foot and look vulnerable to a strong finisher here. Nothing fits that profile better than Dial Square so, assuming he can stay out of trouble this time, the Peter Howling gelding looks the safest option to pull away from the rest when they make that all important turn for home at the top of the straight.
