    Verdict

Sungio and Chocolate Boy come here in great heart, but we will take a chance on the fitness of Classic Millennium, who gets our tentative vote. Willie Musson's six-year-old last saw a racecourse in November when well beaten over course and distance. It was a very slow pace that day which didn't suit the selection, there should be more of a gallop today and the opposition is slightly weaker. Sungio was well beaten at Wolverhampton last time but had previously made Radiant Bride pull out all the stops here, a similar showing today should put him right in the picture. Chocolate Boy has been a bit of a frustrating character but came good here nine days ago when easily accounting for some modest rivals, another bold showing can be expected. Of the rest Fletcher looks quite well treated on his best form but does have a lengthy absence to overcome, so in a very tricky opener we will just side with Classic Millennium.
