        Verdict

        We finish with a handicap where ROCK RELIEF is potentially well weighted on his debut in this company and he has the verdict in preference to Demeanour and Parc Des Princes. It could be that the selection ran his maiden campaign over inadequate trips as it is interesting he steps up from seven furlongs to a mile and a half for his opening gambit in this sphere. He also shaped as if he wants further when running on nicely to grab a runners-up spot on his last effort and given he now should give a better account of himself over this trip his mark looks a little light. Demeanour is still a maiden but has been running well in defeat off this mark and did seem to like the polytrack on his only start on it. Parc De Princes steps down in class after a good attempt at following up a success under a penalty last time and is still weighted in the competitive category. Sumani is another to add to calculations after some really good runs lately though his mark may be on the high side so in a competitive race we take a chance that Rock Relief is ahead of the handicapper.
