The latter can finish closer today but Single’s earlier success at Salisbury came over 1m6f. Willa looks no nearer winning and Lady Isabel can improve past her but a chance is taken on APPROXIMATE. Michael Bell’s filly has been kept to a mile so far but the full-sister to a 1m5f winner out of a Gold Cup heroine Estimate will relish this longer trip on her handicap debut and could go close.
