Cheese 'n Biscuits can withstand the challenge of Quantum Leap to prevail, with Kareeb worth a mention of the rest. Cheese 'n Biscuits hit winning form three weeks ago when landing a claimer at Wolverhampton, overcoming a bit of trouble in running to beat Rafters Music narrowly. She was entitled to score, having earlier gone down narrowly in a better race here at Lingfield. She does not win as often as she should but remains very well treated on her best form, and is worth chancing again. Quantum Leap was in winning form even more recently when successful over the course and distance just five days ago, but that was in class F company and he has that bit more to do under a penalty. That should swing the pendulum in favour of the selection who can also see off the bid of Kareeb. Bill Musson's eight-year-old was putting in all his best work at the finish when third to Roman Quintet over the track and trip a month ago, and he may be worth trying back over a mile soon. The rest here have more negatives than positives, including Millenio who will surely need the outing, and so we return to Cheese 'n Biscuits as the answer.
