Verdict

PENRICE CASTLE can win with his penalty in the finale with both Norcroft and Mr Forthright worth noting. The selection was victorious at Great Leighs last time out after having shown a decent level of form in low grade handicaps prior to that. Connections have been keen to get another run into him before the handicapper gets a chance to asses his latest win and he therefore could be well treated. Norcroft ran with respect when finishing third at Yarmouth recently and if he is able to recapture that form he can be in the shake up whence more. Mr Forthright is another that showed promise on his latest outing but his trainer is on a long losing run so he has to be treated with caution. So for the winner we return to Penrice Castle.
