In depth

Verdict

Branch Line, a debut winner at Roscommon in June, was having his first start since August when failing to quicken over a mile at Dundalk and should do better back over this trip. Art Nouvelle won a 6f Curragh maiden in September and looked in need of the run on her comeback at Leopardstown so she should do better. Alfredo Arcano won over 5f and 6f at Dundalk but couldn't quite get to Frizzy Friday over this trip when last seen in February while Meetyouatthemoon battled on gamely over 6f at Dundalk and should have no problems with the extra. Ger Lyons has his string in good form and ROCK IN PEACE completed a double at Dundalk in January before just failing to make all on his hat-trick bid. He's a couple of pounds higher but can return to winning ways.
