In depth

Verdict

CONCRETE AND CLAY won this in 2009 and has been in good form over timber this winter, scoring at Thurles in January. He's on a fair mark on the Flat and can give Fran Berry with a winning ride. All three of Mutiska's runs early last year were on fast ground and she can do better in today's conditions while Lynott will be fit enough and was very unlucky in-running behind King Of Aran at Dundalk last time. Reach The Stars was a very expensive purchase whose three runs to date haven't produced much but he's now on a lowly handicap mark and it would be no surprise to see a dramatic improvement given his outstanding pedigree. Dream Champion is much better known as a jumper these days but shouldn't be written off racing from his lowest-ever Flat mark.
