In depth

Verdict

Annus Mirabilis attempted to make all over 1m2f at the Curragh but could only stay on at one pace when headed. He's very closely related to Ruler Of The World and Duke Of Marmalade so it's likely this trip will bring about some improvement. HUDSON'S BAY was a short-priced favourite when beaten by Ruler Of The World at the Curragh last April and didn't reappear until May where he found a mile inadequate. He still has huge potential and hopefully whatever has ailed him is in the past and he can go on to better things after this. Mr Rock showed some promise at Bellewstown and will certainly improve and may well reverse form with the more experienced Unrequited, who was about 4l in front of him.
