      Verdict

Noble Pasao can land the finale at the expense of Dollar Law, Hi Tech and Kingkohler, with Dabus worth a mention. Noble Pasao was produced plenty fit enough to defy a 471-day absence at Haydock just over three weeks ago, beating Cyborg De Sou well enough, and as he should improve for the run, is taken to follow up and shrug off his rise in the weights. Andy Turnell's charge makes more appeal than Dollar Law who finished third over the course and distance after going lame at Sandown the time before. He may find conditions too soft though, while Hi Tech will be there to be picked off if trying to make all again, but he will at least enjoy the drop back in trip. Kingkohler has been successful on the Flat in the past but has to improve his jumping to figure. In addition he has not been out since May so will be a bit rusty. Dabus could actually win this on past form but is an enigmatic character and it remains to be seen if he puts his best hoof forward. If he does, a place at least beckons, but we shall remain loyal to Noble Pasao.
