        Verdict

        It could pay to stick with the progressive ELNADIM STAR (NAP) in this despite a 10lb hike. She made a winning return at Wetherby on her handicap debut and though only winning by a neck, Kevin Ryan’s filly looked to have plenty more in the tank. Gabrial The Saint has a shout on his recent success at Chester while Prince Ahwahnee won nicely at Lingfield last time but stablemate Chagatai is less exposed and preferred having beaten Etefaaq when scoring at Kempton earlier. Barton Mills is another open to improvement and could go well.
