In depth

Verdict

A very moderate handicap with hardly anything running well. OLD SUPPORTER was in very good form on good ground last summer and completed a double when scoring over this track and trip. He's been in nowhere near that kind of form in two runs this season but it would be no surprise to see a return to winning ways. Galboystown Lady has never won under Rules but should be putting that right soon judging by her close third at Kilbeggan and she won't get many better opportunities. The veteran Tomcoole Lad needed the run at Clonmel last month, his first since December, though he's 10lb higher than his victory at Galway in October. Diamond Dame hasn't had much experience over fences and has a bit of scope but four-times hurdles winner Supreme Vic hasn't raced over fences since 2013.
