Verdict

MONTYS INN is a half-brother to four winners and the trip shouldn’t be a problem for Richard Hannon’s Kodiac newcomer, who is not highly tried. Pentimento still looked green at Chelmsford but stayed on strongly into second, though may already need another furlong. Ice Cave didn’t show much at Chelmsford on debut and even less at Wolverhampton in May so the Godolphin colt is best watched after a break. Molly's Game looks exposed and the remainder makes even less appeal.
