Buster Hyvonen, Calculating and Velvet Heights look the trio to focus on here, with Buster Hyvonen taken to follow up a first time out success. Velvet Heights won a couple of successive races over a year ago, but he has been winless since, and is not attractively weighted on this surface. Nonetheless he is an experienced campaigner and is respected over this trip. Calculating is only six pounds higher than when scoring by eight lengths at Wolverhampton last time, and he clearly enjoyed the step up in trip. A scorer over hurdles at Huntingdon in January, Buster Hyvonen has won his last two starts on the level, including the defeat of subsequent scorer Calculating who he meets on four pounds better terms. Buster Hyvonen can land the hat trick.
