Races of this low quality are by their nature hard to call but with SONHADOR now back to his last winning mark we'll take him to land this seven furlong handicap at the expense of Equinity while Mickys Mate could be interesting if building on an improved effort last time. Having last got up when taking on a similar grade of opposition off this mark the pick put in an improved effort when placing in a better race when dropped to this burden last time. The winner and sixth placed animals have added strength to the form from that race and a similar effort might be enough. Equnity missed out by less than a length over course and distance when a pound lighter two starts ago and he held that form into a decent enough seller next time up. He's just a pound worse from that handicap near miss so has every chance in this line-up. Mickys Mate showed a much improved effort when competitive at Southwell on his last start and if the penny has finally dropped with him he could run a big race. Hayley Turner's riding well at the moment so she should get the best out of Royal Acclamation off an OK mark but in a race where it's hard to be confident about any of them we just side with Sonhador under his last winning rating.
