Verdict

Cannon Fodder didn't do a lot wrong when second to Tweedledrum, who won this last year, at Plumpton and is still at the right end of the handicap. Utopie Des Bordes has been running well in decent company and should appreciate this slightly easier task while Mrs Peachey ran well off her new mark at Sandown, but again may find a couple of these too good and has a bit to find to overturn running with the consistent Scholastica. MICKIE arrived full of running off a fast pace to win a shade cosily at Newbury last time. She looks to be back to her best and defy a further 7lb leap in the ratings as Ballinahow Star has been chasing lately.
