LISAHANE BOG, Edward Whymper and Starwatch make the shortlist in this nursery handicap and the vote goes to Lisahane Bog. The selection won on his nursery debut at Lingfield earlier in the month and he remains unexposed so there could well be more to come. He also has a good draw and he sets the standard for the others. Edward Whymper looks the main danger as he has some respectable form, but he has had a few chances now without being able to take one and he is hard to recommend with confidence. Starwatch ran a race full of promise here earlier in the month over 1m here, but he is bred to do better over further so the drop back in trip is perhaps not ideal. Valkov has only had the four runs but she was well beaten on her nursery debut at Leicester in September and she will need to improve significantly to make her mark today. Walter Swinburn does well with his runners here so Motty's Gift is one to note in the market, but this looks a good opportunity for Lisahane Bog to record his second win on the bounce.
