Verdict

Fastidious journeys over from Ireland having placed at Dundalk last time. But PIKE CORNER CROSS finished second over track and trip a week ago when finishing in front of Mr Potter and Ed De Giles’ charge looks set for a return to winning ways having tumbled down the weights this year. Caribbean Spring had been thereabouts at Wolverhampton before struggling at Salisbury and Boxatrick has more scope than most on only his second start in a handicap.
