      Verdict

Grasped failed to land the odds here last time but was only beaten a short-head and should figure. Hedge End usually runs his race with being quite good enough but Richard Hughes is back on board today while Ryan Moore renews acquaintances with recent York winner Bishop's Castle. Perfect Cracker and Wahgah are looking to bounce back from woeful efforts but QANAN went close again at Sandown last time having scored over track and trip in June. He gets the vote representing Chris Wall's in-form yard.
