    Verdict

An open handicap and Planet Paradise may be capable of taking it after a promising run last time, while Thomas Malory and Regal Veil are among others with chances. The Derek Shaw-trained selection was slowly away at Wolverhampton last time out but ran on well to be closest at the finish. That was her best run to date and with confidence gained and the penny beginning to drop she can break her duck. Thomas Malory was just edged out of third place by the selection on that occasion and the pair meet on the same terms here so there shouldn't be much between them. Regal Veil is from the respected yard of Stuart Williams and market support may well be significant after a couple of good runs over c&d in similar company of late. Too Grand drops back in trip after finishing runner up in a 7f Lingfield handicap last time out and is effective over this distance so won't be far away but Planet Paradise is taken to score.
