Verdict

ERMYNTRUDE has won two of her last three starts over track and trip and has gone up only 2lb for her defeat of Divine Rule here three weeks ago. She looks a safer bet than Reasons Unknown who has been in in decent form over longer distances of late. Commercial and Litmus have both won lower grade races over course and distance recently and will find this tougher though the latter has the beating of both Byrd In Hand and Rigid on last month's running.
