      Verdict

DECEPTIVE has a 6lb penalty for her recent win over 1m4f at this track when she had Jodawes well behind. However, she ran out a seven-length winner on that occasion and is worth sticking with now she's got her act together. It was only an amateur event that Waahej won at Windsor in August and Green Wadi looks to be treading water off his present mark, but Potentiale has slipped down the weights and may improve for first-time blinkers. Evergreen Forest finally got off the mark over a longer trip here last time and looks best of the rest.
