Verdict

Henry Cecil introduces a nicely-bred son of Indian Ridge, High Ridge, in this 1m4f maiden and with ground conditions to suit it would be no surprise to see him take a hand in the finish. Of those to have raced previously Chivite and Maimana have to be respected although more solid claims are held by the Mick Channon-trained Champion Lion, who is improving with racing and lost nothing in defeat behind Highest at Leicester last time.
