In depth

Verdict

TAWSEEF (NAP) has been in fine form on the Flat and over hurdles winning three times since August. He's only 3lb higher than when landing a Class 2 handicap at Cartmel and will take some beating with his rider's claim a bonus. Scotswell has been a wonderful servant for Harriet Graham having won ten times including over the course and distance in April. He's won off higher marks than this in the past so would have to be considered if ready after a break. Landecker won this a year ago but is still 5lb higher despite not having scored subsequently while Ueueteotl hasn't run for a year and may do better back over fences. Nemean Lion has won two novice hurdles recently and was out of his depth in a Worcester handicap last time.
