Drever Route scored last time after some decent efforts, and he is taken to follow up at the main expense of Waterski and Justwhateveryoulike. The last named won here twice recently, before going up the weights and he has met defeat on his last two starts, though he was chasing the winner last time until a bad mistake cost him his chance. He should not be discounted. Waterski enjoys a stamina test and he scored over the course and distance in November, and has run some solid races in defeat recently. He can go well again. Drever Route is 7lbs higher than when scoring at Catterick last time. He was not winning out of turn after some good runs in defeat, though this trip is a venture into the unknown. Drever Route can find his way to victory.
