Verdict

Question marks surround most of these and Seventh Sky had an alternative engagement at Aintree yesterday. Vivaldi Collonges has travelled up from the west country but has finished last in two of his three runs over fences and was pulled up in the other. Alderbrook Lad appears in the handicapper's grip but FIRTH OF THE CLYDE is only a couple of pounds higher than when scoring at Wetherby back in January and when second at Ayr in April. This trip will test his stamina but he has every chance of success if lasting home.
