In depth

Verdict

Alyasan is two from two in bumpers at Stratford and should handle this track. Dan Skelton's Baratineur won twice in bumpers in France on easier ground while Great Hall is worth a market check given he was rated 100 on the Flat earlier this year when trained by John Quinn. BALLINURE beat a previous winner in a bumper at Warwick in the spring, despite still showing signs of greenness. He'll be more the finished article this season and can make a winning start over hurdles.
