In depth

Verdict

Bronson F'Sure is anticipated to continue his good run at the expense of Turnberry Bay and Blaze Ahead. Connections have described him as a bit of a thinker in the past but he looks to have got his thinking cap on and having shown an aptitude for any surface, a clear round should suffice. Turnberry Bay did not show a lot on chasing debut but can be excused that run as it came on ground that was significantly softer than that of where his better form had obtained. The market could tell its own tale. Blaze Ahead was probably beaten when his rider lost the reins at Towcester. Softer going would have been preferred. Classic Rock handles the surface perfectly well and as a previous winner over chase fences. Connections appear to have raced him sparingly on the interim. Common Girl looked to need her last race following a long absence. Bronson F'Sure is at least in form and is accordingly nominated.
