      In depth

      Verdict

Bold Fire is preferred to Harringay and Treaty Flyer. Bold Fire is in receipt of the four-year-old's allowance and having scored off a mark of 129 over hurdles on her latest start, if she can handle the switch to the bigger obstacles, she looks the one to be on. Harringay is no mug and should not be discounted despite a disappointment last time out. Henrietta Knight has plenty of time for this mare and if the selection is unable to do herself justice, she is more than capable of taking advantage. Treaty Flyer would not want any overnight rain as her better efforts have obtained on softer ground. Horcott Bay was well beaten by the smart Labelthou at Towcester over hurdles and more is required here. Front-running Marjina would be of interest were to be any positive vibes in the market beforehand. An interesting affair in which Bold Fire is the percentage call.
