Verdict

Tealissio has claims in this if you ignore his latest run in a conditionals' race at Sandown as he had Malanos well behind at Leicester earlier, though the latter is now 8lb better off. Short Takes won a claimer here in November but not even A P McCoy may be able to get him home in this better race while the maiden Asker is still 7lb out of the handicap despite finishing second over course and distance on his latest start. WORDY'S BOY gets little respite form the handicapper but 2m6f was too far last time at Wetherby. He's almost guaranteed to run his race here which is more than can be said for most of his rivals.
