Verdict

MURTYS DELIGHT's only win over hurdles came in a seller but he didn't fare badly on his chasing debut in this grade at Leicester when third to Mr Bossy Boots. He's more effective over this trip so gets the nod ahead of penalised Leicester winner Vivacissimo and Brass Monkey. The latter never figured over 3m at Fakenham on his chasing bow but Bertenbar has claims on his course and distance third which followed a lay-off and he could be a better bet than Croco Mister, who is hard to catch right.
