Rogues Gallery has an obvious chance in a moderate contest and is taken to score at the main expense of Bellaney Jewel and Roman Rebel. The last mentioned has shown enough to suggest that he can win a small race but faces no easy task against the selection, who is impossible to oppose. Howard Johnson's gelding fulfilled his bumper promise when opening his account over hurdles at Wetherby last month when stepped up to three miles and will be hard to beat if reproducing that form this evening. Beau Peak ran with promise on his only start behind Flintoff in a Carlisle bumper and has to be respected on his hurdling debut although a bigger threat is likely to come from Bellaney Jewel. John Quinn's mare won over course and distance earlier this month on her first start over hurdles and could improve again. She has to be respected but Rogues Gallery has an obvious chance and is hard to oppose.
