Verdict

Novis Adventus is now with his fourth trainer as he makes his debut over timber but hasn't been since finishing last of ten on the all-weather in January when with Jeremy Noseda. He did win for Jim Bolger in Ireland and landed a contest in Doha for different connections and much will depend on how he reacts to a set of hurdles now with Neil Mulholland. Pointing winner Ripstick should improve for his run here just eight days ago but SYMPHONY OF ANGELS is the one to beat. He has greater experience over timber and comfortably accounted for Bomber Command, a winner since, at Southwell, on his latest start. That win came on soft ground but two previous runs over timber when placed both times came on the quicker ground he's expected to face here. He should be good enough to defy his penalty with some comfort.
